Martin graduated from the Faculty of Law at Palacký University in Olomouc. During his studies, he worked as an intern at a law firm in Hradec Králové, where he focused primarily on copyright law. After graduating from law school, he worked at law firms in Prague, specialising mainly in private law, criminal law and public procurement law. In 2021, he established his own law firm.

As an attorney, he practises in Prague and Náchod. He specialises primarily in dispute resolution, property disputes, inheritance law, real estate law, public procurement law and criminal law.

High-quality legal services, a personal approach and an effort to find reasonable and meaningful solutions are among the main pillars of his legal practice.

Terezie graduated from the Faculty of Law at Charles University in Prague and began working in the legal profession while still studying. In her legal practice, she focuses primarily on private law, corporate law and real estate law. Terezie frequently handles cases involving cross-border inheritance, litigation with an international element, and assistance to expats or their relatives who need to deal with legal matters in the Czech Republic.

She also specialises closely in compensation law, particularly in claiming damages and compensation for non-pecuniary harm resulting from traffic accidents, workplace injuries, medical care or criminal offences.

Her main priority is a friendly approach and clear, understandable communication with clients in order to find the most suitable solution.
